Due to the intimacy of our lingerie and reasons of hygiene we cannot accept the following items for return:-

Bras & Bra Tops, Thongs, G Strings, Briefs, Boxers, Body Suits, Vest Tops, Negligee's, Stockings, Suspenders & Tights.

If you believe an item has arrived damaged or defective please contact us within seven days with photographic proof of the defect or damage.
